What we’re looking for
A proven track record of taking control of and scaling a commercial function, with measurable, evidence-based results. Strong commercial and financial judgement, comfortable treating revenue, volume, price, margin, credit and cash as one integrated equation. Demonstrated experience bullding market-coverage systems and qualified sales pipelines from the ground up, not just managing the existing business. A genuine coach and people developer who builds capable managers leading from the front. A confident and credible negotiator with major customers, suppliers, contractors and authorities. Experience in industrial, construction materials or related B2B/manufacturing sectors will be an advantage. The judgement and maturity to drive cross-functional outcomes with Operations, Finance, Mining and Legal around shared commercial objectives.
